I have a complaint

Find out what you can do if you have a complaint about the services provided by Matchis Caribbean or your treatment by one of our employees.

The care for our donors is very important to us, which is why Matchis Caribbean wants everyone to be satisfied with the care and services we provide. Nevertheless, you may be dissatisfied with the guidance or care you received. Please let us know if you are dissatisfied, as it will allow us to resolve the situation together. It will also give us an opportunity to further improve the quality of our care and services. 

Submitting a complaint 

If you are dissatisfied with our services or your treatment by one of our employees, we ask that you first discuss the situation with us in person. This conversation may clear up the situation and is usually enough to resolve the issue. If the situation cannot be resolved during a personal conversation, you also have the option to submit a complaint via our contact form.
